RATE INCREASE

Effective April 1, 2026, we will be updating our Fee Schedule (GST included in all fees).

• 30 minute – $80

• 45 minute – $110

• 60 minute – $140

• 75 minute – $165

• 90 minute – $195

Most extended health insurance plans will continue to reimburse a significant portion of your treatment.

This small adjustment helps us keep up with rising operational costs.

We remain committed to providing high-quality care in a professional, well-supported clinical environment, and we appreciate your continued trust in our team.

DIRECT BILLING

• Available for most major insurance providers.

• Primary policyholder consent is required for direct billing

• Patients are responsible for understanding their coverage details, including co-payments, deductibles, limits, and whether a Medical Doctor’s note is required.

• A kind reminder, you’re responsible for any amount not covered by your provider.

• If we are unable to bill to your provider an e-receipt will be issued to you for your private submission.

• We accept ICBC clients but require a claim number at the initial appointment.

• We do not provide direct billing for WorkSafe BC or MSP

LATE CANCELLATIONS

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to fees.

I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2015 and am a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (2014).

I’m deeply passionate about health, wellness, and helping people feel their best. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of treating a wide range of conditions including whiplash, frozen shoulder, TMJ dysfunction, chronic muscle tension, post-surgical rehabilitation, and pre- and post-natal care.

My treatment style is deep, focused, specific, and slow, but I always tailor each session to meet my clients’ individual needs and comfort levels.

Outside of work, I love staying active by going to the gym and exploring local regional parks with my baby and dog. I also really enjoy reading, learning, and spending time in the kitchen cooking.
